Step 2 — Share the Link

Once your trip is created, you'll get a unique Schedule Locker link. Copy it and send it wherever your group already talks — iMessage, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email. It doesn't matter. Anyone with the link can open it and vote without creating an account.

Step 3 — Friends Vote

Each friend opens the link, enters their name, and checks off the dates that work for them. That's it. You can see responses rolling in from your Trip Manager dashboard — no more waiting for everyone to reply to a group thread.

Step 4 — Lock the Date
